What time can I contact you? 

Contact by phone is possible from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You are welcome to contact us by e-mail every day, at any time, and we will answer as soon as possible.

Is it possible to reserve the product? 

Adding a product to the cart does not involve booking it. Until the product is paid for, it is available to every customer. However, even if an item is unavailable, there is no reason to worry, we try to replenish our inventory on a regular basis, so you can be sure that you will be able to buy the product in our store again soon.

How do I return a product purchased in the Ritmo online store?

You can return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the package. Send the returned product together with the completed return form at your own expense to our address, which is available in the " contact " tab.
