ACCEPTANCE AND FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
By placing an order using the means available on the Store's website, the customer submits an offer to buy a specific product under the conditions specified in the description of the goods and in the Regulations.
Information on available products and services is published by the Store on the website patkaz.wixsite.com/ritmo
A customer who intends to purchase goods places an order using the form available on the website patkaz.wixsite.com/ritmo (all days of the week, 24 hours a day)
The purchase process is carried out in the following stages:
Choice of goods
Confirmation of the choice of goods
Verification of the contents of the basket
Choosing the form of delivery and payment
An order can be placed after registering (in the case of a new customer) or logging in (in the case of a Customer who already has a Customer Account in the Store).
In order to complete the order, it is necessary to provide the following information:

After completing the ordering process, the Store will send the Customer, by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, information about the compliance of the submitted purchase offer with the store's offer in terms of price and number of ordered copies, and will also inform him about the costs and the expected delivery date.
The Store sends the information specified in paragraph 7 indicates the acceptance of the order for execution and conclusion of the contract with the customer, subject to paragraph 10.
The store, after receiving the payment confirmation from the electronic payment operator, will immediately send the customer information about the expected date of delivery of the ordered goods and the order number.
The order will be processed as soon as the goods ordered by the customer are available in the warehouse. In the event of unavailability of all or part of the ordered items, the Store will inform the Buyer about this fact, who will decide to cancel or partially complete the order. The store reserves the right to withdraw from the order, if it is impossible to bring a given product to the store, it may be associated with excessive costs or a long waiting period.
2. MODIFICATION OF SUBMITTED ORDERS
The Store accepts changes in the order placed until the order is prepared for shipment. After preparing the order for shipment, the Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

Changes in the contract may concern:
quantity of ordered goods,
shipping address,
invoice data,
resignation from part or all of the contract.
If the Customer resigns from part and (or) all of the previously paid order, the refund for the goods to which the resignation relates will be made immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the shop received the resignation. . The amount paid by the Customer, referred to in the preceding sentence, will be returned to the bank account from which the payment was made.
3. INVOICES AND BILLS
The confirmation of the concluded product sale transaction is the fiscal receipt.
The Store sends the receipt (paper invoice) together with the shipment of the ordered goods to the address indicated in the order.
4. PRICES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES
All prices of goods and services listed on the Store's website are expressed in Polish zlotys, include VAT, do not include shipping costs.
The customer, in addition to the price for the goods, is obliged to pay the cost of delivery to the place indicated by the customer.
The price given for the goods and services listed in the Store's offer is binding at the time of accepting the order for execution.
The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods and services included in the Store's offer, introduce new goods and services to the Store's offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's websites, or make changes to them. The above right does not affect the prices of goods and services in orders placed before the effective date of the price change, terms of promotional campaigns or sales.
5. METHOD OF DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
The goods are delivered in the manner chosen by the customer and specified in the order.
Shipment is carried out via Poczta Polska or by courier.
Shipping costs via Poczta Polska or a courier company are added to the cost of the ordered goods and provided to the customer at the time of ordering. The amount of the added amount depends on the method of shipment. Orders with a personal collection order are processed without additional fees related to the delivery of the parcel.

6. TIME OF ORDER COMPLETION
The store, acting on the customer's request, sends the ordered goods in the manner indicated by the customer: via Poczta Polska or a courier company.
The liability of entities providing postal or courier services is determined by law and the regulations for the provision of such services; in particular: the carrier is responsible for the loss, shortage or damage to the shipment arising from the acceptance of the shipment for transport until its release (in accordance with Article 65 of the Transport Law Act). The online store DOES NOT PROVIDE postal or courier services, therefore it also does not accept responsibility for their provision by third parties.
The goods are shipped within 1 business day after receiving the payment for the order.
Shipment of goods takes place after completing the entire order. If it is not possible to complete the order within 7 working days, the Store will offer the Customer a division of the order, which the Customer has the right to use at his own discretion.
The approximate delivery time depends on the form of delivery chosen by the Customer.
The store is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccurate delivery address provided by the customer.
7. COMPLAINTS
All goods available in the Store come from a legal source, are original and have a manufacturer's quality guarantee.
The customer has the right to complain about the purchased goods, if, after receiving it, the goods show:
factory defects;
damage caused during transport;
non-compliance with the order.
In order to process the complaint, the defective goods should be returned to the Store by delivering it to the following address: Stefana Jaracza, 90-262, Łódź. A receipt must be attached to the goods.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel with the goods complained about by the Store. If the complaint is accepted, the goods under complaint will be replaced with another, full-value product and sent to the Customer at the expense of the Store, and if it is not impossible, the Store will refund the Customer the equivalent of the purchase price of the goods. The reimbursement of the purchase price of the goods will be made by bank transfer to the Customer's bank account within 14 (say: fourteen) days after the complaint has been approved. The costs related to returning the advertised goods are returned to the Customer's bank account by the Store within 14 (say: fourteen) days after the complaint has been approved.
Differences in the appearance of the goods delivered with the goods ordered (viewed on the Store's website), which may result from the Customer's monitor settings, do not constitute the basis for the complaint. The customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 (say: two) years from the date of purchase, provided that the Store is notified of the defect within 14 (say: fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods or the disclosure of the defect.
8. THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, a Customer who is a natural person, making a purchase for purposes not related to professional or business activity, may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting a declaration of will within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Customer or a third party indicated by him. .
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to audio and visual recordings after the Customer has removed their original packaging. Returned goods must be complete. Goods protected against opening at the factory cannot be returned after removing the foil or removing the security or destroying the box (CDs must be returned in their original, intact packaging - foil undamaged, box undamaged).

The cost of shipping and returning the goods is not refundable.
The store, within 14 (say: fourteen) days, returns the amount equal to the purchase price of the goods by transfer to the bank account.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
The goods presented on the Store's website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
The competent court for any disputes arising from the sales contract is the materially competent common court.
Amendments to the regulations will be introduced in a manner consistent with applicable law and with respect for consumer rights. The Store ensures that the currently applicable Regulations are available on the Store's website at any time. In the event of a change in the Regulations, orders placed before the date of introducing changes to these Regulations are implemented on the basis of the provisions in force on the date of placing the order.
